I get up around 430, pack my fiance's lunch for the day and send him off to work. Do my workout, get my 7 year old up and ready for school and I shower. All while eating breakfast and packing our lunches. Then I head off to work.0

I start my day usually by rolling out of bed 10 minutes before I have to leave for work. Shower, brush teeth, bit of make up and I'm out. I hate the mornings so much! Will start trying to work out in the mornings at some point!0

during the week, I wake up between 3 and 3:15. Do a hr or more of cardio, lift or do pieces of cross fit, px90 and another program. Go home, take a shower, throw my breakfast and lunch in a sack, kiss my wife of 30 years and off to work.0

Not sure I'd get out of bed without the promise of coffee in my very near future!0

Up at 6;15, shower, dress, check FB while drinking tea (made earlier by other half). Take him the train station at 6:45, back home, breakfast, read BBC news, clean teeth. Gather together food needed to keep me going through 12.5 hour shift, add it to MFP. out the door at 7:15.
And all this will change in 3 weeks time when I retire, when I can throw my alarm clock away and poor old husband can walk to the station . lol0 -
Early up 20 minutes on the internet with coffee, walk the dog for 20- 30minutes, get home wash dishes from the night before (men don't do it) sweep or what ever ... Have my 2 coffee Baby spinach berries banana yogurt smoothie does wonders for me energy wise! I then wash up put make up on. No lip stuff. Go out to the kitchen and have a piece of Quiche that I made, then I apply my homemade lipbalm. And go for it!0

Alarm goes off, snooze button a couple times, roll out of bed, weigh in, shower, hair gets tied back, 2 min makeup routine, find clean-ish clothes, hopefully grab lunch and gym clothes, out the door. My first cup o' coffee at the office, breakfast is instant oatmeal within an hour of getting to the office.
I don't think I would ever work out if I had to do it in the morning before work!0 -
Alarm goes off at 7:40. Cancel alarm as i have a backup set for 8:00. Snooze this one til 8:10, snooze that til 8:20 in case I fall asleep but generally roll out at about 8:17.
Shower, brush teeth, iron shirt, get dressed and out of house by 8:30. In work for 8:45, start work at 8:30 (yes i know those times are backwards)
Then bowl of muesli (double recommended portion) and a maximuscle progain shake and a glass of water.0 -
Immediately get coffee then lay around drinking it for 20 minutes, then start my day.0

For the life of me, I cannot understand why people set their alarms way before they plan to get up so they can press the snooze button 10 times. My sister sets hers an hour early for this reason. Why not have an extra hour of uninterrupted sleep? Doesn't make sense to me.
But to answer the question, on MWF, I get up at 4:15, shower, eat breakfast, watch or read the news for a bit, do my hair and makeup, get dressed, pack my lunch, and I'm usually in the office by 6:15 or 6:30. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I don't eat breakfast or lunch (I'm an intermittent faster), so I get up at 5:30 and am out the door by 6. On weekends, I find it impossible to sleep later than 7 AM because of how early I get up during the week, but that's okay because if I sleep in, I'm usually completely unproductive and feel like I wasted the whole day. I like to be out the door and doing whatever I'm going to do that day by 8:30 or 9 AM.0 -
Massive amounts of coffee!0

Alarm clock, snooze button, repeat 4-5 times, reluctantly get up, shower, dress, fix lunches for me & hubby while he showers and dresses, drive to work.0

Because we know we will hit it anyway.0 -

Get up at 4:30 (ugh) No snooze cause hubby gets mad when alarm goes off 18 times in the morning before he has to get up. Then immediately make coffee. Wash face and put hair up (try to look human). Put on work out stuff, grab water bottle, coffee and go to gym. Work out for 30-45 min. Come home...more coffee. Eat something, make my daughter hurry to catch the bus. Get ready for work, shower, etc. Out the door at 7:15 a.m. (maybe 7:20 depending on what I can find to wear).0

Wake up around 5:57am before the alarm goes off. My alarm clock scares me. Use the bathroom, weigh myself, shower, cook, brush teeth, listen to music and check MFP for 30-40 minutes. Then head to work between 7:20-7:30.
I was always a night person, going to sleep 3-4 in the morning and waking up 10-11. I'm getting used to this early day life though.0 -
Up at 5 a.m. Do cardio for 1 hr. Get ready for work. Do any chores that need to be done from night before. Have breakfast (oatmeal & skim milk), get kids up and out the door at 7:50 for school & work. I'm sitting at my desk by 8:20 a.m. By 9 p.m. I'm ready for my bed.0

Get up at 5-530 AM with child #1, get him changed and all, 6 AM the other 2 wake up, get them out, changed, set them at the table, make them breakfast, switch back to feed baby #1, once all children are fed, I try and eat some myself, then I clean up breakfast and dishes. Everyday la-di-da-di.0
