Progress pics! 29 lbs. lost 5'5"

Wow, congrats! It's amazing what a difference that makes!!! Very inspiring as those were my exact starting stats a few weeks ago!! (I am now 178 and hoping to keep going down)

regarding goal weight: I am 5' 5.5"

My goal weight was 126 until I did hydrostatic weighing. My lean body mass is at 125 lbs. Goal weight of 126 is impossible because it would leave me with less than 1% body fat.
