Hi I am 5'2 and right now I weight 175. My idea weight is 150 if I can get to 130 that would be great. I hope to be 130 at least by the summer. I do alot of Tae Bo right now I am losing but more than anything I am toning up.0

I'm 5'2" and currently 242lbs - don't have a definite goal in mind. Honestly I think 130 is too small for me, I'm large framed and I think I'd start looking too skeletal at that weight. I have a long road ahead, but I'll get there - slow and steady (that's how I got this big to begin with).0

Last progress pics taken in January 2012. I am 5'2. I started at 165lbs and am now 129lbs. I was a size 12/14, now a solid 4. I am not looking to losing anymore weight, but am focusing on body fat. I just recently got it measured and it was at 16%. Good luck.0 -
I'm 4'11" and my goal is somewhere around 125-130, but I'm in my 40s now. When I was in my 20s I weighed about 112-115. I'm at work so I don't have pix.0

I am 5'3. I started this journey December 1, 2011. I started at 188lbs. I am down to 160lbs. My goal is 130lbs. I am counting my calories and exercising. I am on Adipex, which is a prescription appetite suppressant that gives me an energy boost. I do not recommend it for everyone. I chose to go on it after trying so many different dieting options and failing miserably. I do not use it as a crutch, just as an energy boost and a way to get into the new lifestyle. Thus far it has worked. I have gained a few pounds back over the past week and a half, but thankfully just lost them. I do not stop myself from eating what I want, I just cust the portions back. I also eat more healthily. But if I want that snickers, I will have it, because I know if I do not give in to cravings and temptations, I will binge later and blow all the hardwork out of the water. Here is my blog with pictures if you would like to check it out.

Hello! I'm 24 and a measly 5'2" and I am currently at 57kg (126lbs). My original goal was 55kg (121lbs) when I started at 60kg (132lbs), but now that that's so close I'll see what it feels and looks like when I get there and I might try and get down into the 52/53 (115lbs) region. I have a small frame, but I'd also like to build some muscle and not lose all of my boobies! ^^0

I'm 5'3 and currently 119 lbs. Just aiming for 115...maybe. Right now I'm working out more often and trying to tone muscle. I just basically followed the MFP guidelines and worked out, ate what I wanted, nothing special!! It works ladies (I've had 3 kids, so my weight has been up and down throughout)0

I am 5'2" tall and 37 yrs old. I started at 159 lbs. Currently 141.5 lbs. My goal is between 120-125. That is where I felt good, was healthy and happy with myself.0

I'm 40 and 5'1". My SW was 230+ (exact # unknown as I was afraid to get on the scale after the 230 weigh in). Current weight is 149. My goal weight is 110.0

I'm 5'4" and my goal is between 115 and 120. That's on the low end for someone of my height, but I have a smaller frame than I originally thought. I'm at 125 right now, and still have some jiggling bits that need to be taken care of.0

I am 4'9 and my goal is 115 lbs. I started at 153 and am down to 149 in 5 weeks. It's the first time since being pregnant with my 3 year old that I have been under 150. I was 125 when I got pregnant with him, but had some weight to lose.0

i AM 5'3" and currently 148. I would like to get to 130. I have been down all the way to 120 once, but I did NOT look healthy. My friend was telling me I looked like a bobble head!
I am going the slow, healthy way this time and plan on building lean muscle in the process, so my goal is 130, but I may like how I look and how my cloths fit at a higher weight. Good Luck!0 -

I'm 5'2" and I think I look best between 115-120 lbs. My doctor once told me I should shoot for 110 in my 20's, 115 in my 30's and 120 in my 40's. That's always been about right until about a year ago when I started to gain. Now I'm just trying to get back to where I was. It's been a real struggle.0

are you my twin? My name is Leslie & I'm 30. I'm currently 157, and want to just get to 135 again...not sure if that'll happen. I've been counting calories so closely and staying around 1200 a day, but the weight doesn't seem to be coming off!0
