i envy you for having that many left for the day. i could easily obliterate 1000 calories in about 10 seconds. too many things come to mind as far as what i would eat...plus if i wrtie them down, i'll start drooling. let's just say, what i would eat...it wouldn't be pretty!

I have 1520 cals left today. I'm not eating it. I'm not hungry and that kind of deficit doesn't happen often.

Your carbs and fat are low, so I'd go with cheese-filled breadsticks dipped in garlic butter and a couple glasses of wine.

I always have 1000+ cals left over after dinner. I don't eat all my cals back, but that's just me. If you're not hungry, don't eat.

Nachos with guacamole, refried beans, sour cream, lots of cheese, maybe a few stuffed jalapeños, and a glass of wine.

a peanut butter and banana sandwich on wheat bread with a glass of milk for starters.

ON second thought, with that kind of deficit, let's wash it down with a smoothie.

    1000 calories, not 3000!
  • I would eat a pound of salmon--no joke-- and a small slice of cheese cake.

That depends if there exercise calories or your daily calories. If they were my daily calories I would down a protein shake and maybe a meal bar. If they were my exercise calories I would reward my self with a 500 cal treat maybe cheese cake? Fudge?

I have over 700 left. I won't eat them all, since I plan on going on a date with my husband later this week. Sometimes it is better to look at your weekly totals - use the extra calories on other days or save them up for a splurge.
