I would eat a pound of salmon--no joke-- and a small slice of cheese cake.

I have a 1300 calories left and I just ate a big plate of seafood linguine. I don't think I'm going to be able to eat anymore tonight.

That depends if there exercise calories or your daily calories. If they were my daily calories I would down a protein shake and maybe a meal bar. If they were my exercise calories I would reward my self with a 500 cal treat maybe cheese cake? Fudge?

I have over 700 left. I won't eat them all, since I plan on going on a date with my husband later this week. Sometimes it is better to look at your weekly totals - use the extra calories on other days or save them up for a splurge.

If you have 1500 calories left, have you eaten enough today!? I can barely manage to have 300 left at the end of a day without feeling famished! I envy your strength!

Actually, my surplus for the day is 605. I walked like a demon today, and burned over 300, so my actual surplus is a tad over 300. If we had some kind of yummy snack food, (sweets) I'd probably blow it on that. Guess I'll have to be good and just stick with an granola bar and milk.

I have about 600 calories in deficit right now after dinner. I'm done for the day and won't eat that now. I'm not sure I'd splurge on anything.
    Have fun though!

If it fits the calories, and she's already getting a balance of healthy fruits, veggies, fats and lean protein... there's absolutely no harm in eating chocolate, candy, cake, pie, etc.
