    I hope some of these people are joking! How do U expect to eat candy, peanut butter cups ect... and lose weight!?

    If it fits the calories, and she's already getting a balance of healthy fruits, veggies, fats and lean protein... there's absolutely no harm in eating chocolate, candy, cake, pie, etc.

    I feel sorry for you if you deprive yourself of everything! I have one little 'cheat'/day to keep me sane!

    It's a mint milkshake at McDonalds that only comes out around St. Patrick's Day. I've never had one but I hear they taste good.


    If I had 1000 calories extra... I'd probably splurge on some Ben & Jerry's.
