    I will be 30 this year. I eat 1200 to 1400 calories a day I try not to eat back exercise calories unless I dip way below 1200. I have been hanging out in the 146 - 151 range about 2 mos now, I see loss so I am just slowly doing my thing!
    I have a large line backer type build and any smaller and I look sickly. I want to be smack dab in the middle for bmi. I have been dieting since last July. I work out 30 minutes to 120 minutes 4 to 6 days a week. I have a toddler so I fit in what I can when I can. I do the zumba videos and I have an at home elliptical.

    I just upped my calories to 1660 a few days ago since I plateaued. I was at 1410 calories before. Depending on how much I exercise depends on whether or not I eat back the exercise calories.

    I am set at 1200 cal and I usually eat my exercise calories back, unless I have a huge amount in one day and am not hungry. I was usually 135 at my "normal" weight in high school and pre-kids, but I have proven that it wasn't my "healthy" weight. My ultimate goal used to be 130 and now it is 110.

    Im 5 ft 3 almost 5 ft 4,
    I weigh over 160 pounds.
    I always look 10 pounds lighter, due to muscle and body composition but my goal is 135 for life.
    Or less would be great but hard to maintain.

    Started at 207 Dec 1, which was my heaviest weight ever. I have a very heavy build, so my goal weight is 155. In college, before having six kids, I was 140 and a six 6. I had 17% body fat at that weight. So a heavier weight is fine for me.

    I am planning on a breast reduction this summer, so that may drop my goal weight (once they tell me how much I lose that way).

    I get 1385 calories per day. Work out 3-4 times a week, plus have a very active job (RN in the ER) and am busy running after kids. I eat some of my exercise calories, but not all.

    I started working out with Turbo Fire last Tuesday and its kicking my butt. Its good though. I enjoy it. I think it will be better once I learn all the moves so it flows better. I eat between 1400-1700 calories a day. I try to stay as clean as possible. I only drink water now. I get about 100-130 oz a day. I want to look good this summer in my clothes and be comfortable.     217lbs was the heaviest i've ever been. Was 161lbs when i conceived my son Jan 2010, gained 42lbs during my pregnancy (son was born October 2010), and an extra 14lbs when i started birth control. In total 56lbs in one year :-S eeeekkk!! On the road to be back to my ideal of 112lbs :D got another 100lbs to go!!

    My calorie target is 1500 calories a day but i tend to be around the 1300-1400 mark

    I started exercising 60 minutes (max) 5 x a week

    Fingers crossed 2012 is more successful then 2011, lol

    Exercise: I take walks sometime and also have a mini trampoline that I use once in awhile. I would like to start lifting and walking or doing some sort of exercise in the morning before work.

    Calories: 1200 per day
    Exercise: 15 to 20 minutes of cardio (usually elliptical), strength training for another 20 minutes or so, followed by about 5 or 10 minutes of stretching. Sometimes I will go to a 60 minute Zumba class or step class, if I do, that's all I do.

    My caloric intake varies between 850-1200 daily just for the simple fact I do the low carb/high protein diet. This is what has worked for me and has allowed me to over come obesity. It hasn't been easy but I DID IT!

    Im short and fat and want to weigh 133lbs lol. Currently a lot heavier than that but have lost 21lbs in 8 weeks (lost 5lbs in the first week before joining this wonderful site)

    I'm 34 w/ 2 kids and I just upped my calories from my past BMR ~1260 cals to 1691 cals reading NROLFW & working on netting at least 1200 cals after workout. It's hard and I eat a lot 5-6 meals a day. Starting to lift heavy this week as well. Joined the MFP group Eat More to Weigh Less to break my 7 mth plateau. I also work out pretty hard - I use to run all the time, stepmill, zumba, spin. Now I'm just occasional class, Insanity Asylum, and lifting. I completed Insanity and JM 30 day shred 2 times and Ripped in 30.

    SW: 158.6 (Nov. 2010)
    CW: 130-133
    UGW: 120-125 & MUSCLE TONE W/ lower body fat % (I'm about 22-23% now and trying to get down to at least 19-16%)

    tuesday-running 2 miles more if i can
    wednesday-running hills
    thursday-elliptical
    friday-spinning
    i try to switch it up especially since i am a 'new runner' and i have shin splints and all that good stuff!! i usually eat my exercise cals depends if im hungry or not. friend me i love the motivation and having friends with similiar goals!!

    GW 130....would love to be 125 but I've been stuck for months. So I'm taking baby steps!
    Calories...was at 12-1300...upped them to 1500ish....

    I run and LIFT HEAVY!!!! Love it! I also do spin,zumba or whatever class I can fit into my crazy life! I work 2 jobs and I have 2 kids and a husband...oh and 2 crazy dogs!!!

    Maintaining for the past 6 years - flucuating between 110 and 115 typically.
