What do you consider to be the perfect family? how many children and what would their names/age gaps be?

    The perfect family has far more elements at play than the number of kids a couple chooses to have and names/age gaps.

    for me, my husband my daughter (ella) a boy (Rusher) and another boy or girl name's im not sure about. They would be names that were special for our own personal reasons. also 2 dogs and 2 cats to add to the bunch. ooo and the kids i would like to be within 2-3 years of each other.

    This is just for fun ppl!! Of course everyones idea of a perfect family is a happy and healthy one. Perfect family for me : Husband, Wife, 2 kids one boy one girl names Mason and Ayana :)

    Any family that works together and love one another is perfect but...

    I would like my family to be me ay husband, two Stepsons almost 19 and 16 and a new baby on the way. Then hopfully a second baby on the way when the first is about 9 -12 months old. Children Scott, Eddie, Virginia and Malcom or Victoria. But at this point (been trying to have a baby for awhile) Just one baby of either sex would be wonderful.

    We've always discussed two or three children. Two if I managed a boy and a girl. As it is, I now have two beautiful daughters, and looks like after much discussion and contemplation, we're gearing up to start trying for number three in within a year. We had wanted about 30 months apart for each, but got 21 months for the first two, which was challenging at first but is getting easier. Looks like about 4 years from the second to the third, so a bit of a late baby, but will be fine I'm sure. I just couldn't handle the idea of another any earlier than this :)

    I can't imagine how a name would prevent a family from being perfect, or make it any closer to perfection.

    Any family that loves and respects one another is perfect IMO. The number, names, age or gender of the family members is irrelevant.

    me, my husband, 2 boys 11 and almost 9, and a 2 year old daughter.......would have loved to have another girl but I'm too old now....owe well :). Everyone to stay happy and healthy.

    Hmmm.. well I would say that MY idea of what I'd expect in a perfect family would be a little something like this:

    Me + a husband (if I can ever wrangle one, lol)

    5 kids... meh.. maybe 6 depending how money's looking for the both of us.

    IF 5 kids, I'd want 3 boys and 2 girls.. in that order. If 6, then I'd like it to be 3 boys, 1 girl, another boy, and lastly---a girl!... Yeah..weird how specific that is. I haven't quite figured out the age thing myself just yet though.

    OH! There's gotta be a pet or two in there somewhere also. Maybe a dog.. or a hedgehog! They are too cute! > w<

    The perfect family would be those who spend quality time together, who respect each other and love each other before anyone else.

    No age, no gender, no amount of children could ever really determine what the perfect family would be.
