I just made this recipe and it is baking as we speak. In addition to the onion and garlic, I used mushrooms, 1/4 cup of diced red peppers and the fresh spinach. I used one large egg and two egg whites. I added up all the calories and for the entire pie it is only 683 calories!! Looking forward to dinner!!0
