    For me, it's a little spicy. I'm pretty wimpy though. Next time, I'll reduce the pepper flakes a bit. Other than that.... LOVED IT!

    Well......I made it again....with a few alterations. I used 1/2 the amount of pepper flakes. Sheesh! Still hot. I'll reduce the cayenne pepper next time. I also didn't have enough balsamic vinegar, so i topped it off with a bit of red wine vinegar. Still loved it!

    Just made it again. Reduced the pepper flakes AND the cayenne pepper. Sheesh! I'm wimpier than I thought. LOL It's still hot. But it's still yummy.

    Kind of silly but I've never had balsamic before... could someone tell me what this might taste like? Seems pretty easy to throw together so I'd love to add it to my recipes! Thanks :smile:
