mine was 2802 kinda high im thinking. I was gaining weight at 2310 so i went down.0

Gives me 2025 per day and MFP advised me 1380 cal to reach my goal.
Currently on an average of 1,359 cal [165gP / 138gC / 21gF] paired with 60-75min Elliptical/Cross Trainer 6 days/week.

I think this might be the answer to my problem! For the last 3 weeks, I have been doing the Bar Method 5 to 6 times a week for 50 minutes and I was eating 1450 calories ans half of my exercice calories and I only lost 1 pound since my first weigh in, in total 4 pounds.... I will try to up my calories to 1750 calories and eat back all of my exercice calories and see what happens!0
