    No movement on the scale for me this week. I joind MFP about 7 weeks ago and I'm starting to notice a trend. I seem to show a loss every other week, (but no gains so far :happy: ) so I'm hoping for a loss next week. Congrats and good luck to everyone :happy: :drinker: :happy:

    I have not posted since the 1st weigh in...I have stayed on an off my eating plan...but I have not gained and have not lost. This week I am sticking to my goal and adding the treadmill in addition to all my running around, hopefully 4 days a week. Can't wait to check in next week!! Great job everyone!!

    This was a pretty rough week for me! Had some family issues, so Ive only worked out 1 day! I am going to jump back on the horse this week, I promise!!!!

    BACK ON TRACK!!! I lost 1.8lbs this week!! I'm not sure how, I had pizza twice... I have been diligent with working out, I actually wish I had a little more time to devote each day but I feel great and my knees are hurting less and less!! Good luck Connie!!!:happy: I see I'm not the only one that didn't weigh- in yesterday... I hope everything is going wel for everyonel!!! No gain is a great thing!!

    It took me awhile to find this thread. But I finally did:smile: I new I couldn't weigh in the past 2 Sundays as I just got back from the outerbanks on vacation. Small crowd of 30! My goal was to run everyday so I could just break even on the scale for no gain or loss. I failed. I did run everyday but the snacks and beverages killed me! Gained 2 pounds!

    back on the wagon and will weigh in on Sunday. Good luck to everyone!

    Afternoon all! Hope you are well, and have had great weeks so far :) I've not done so well - fell of the wagon a little with my exercise but have managed to maintain, so not too worried. Got to step it up again this week though!

    Hi everyone- This was a GREAT week for me- Last week- 288- Current weight 283. Goal 165. I lost 5 pounds!!!! I'm back on track 100 % and I'm soo happy I am !!!! Cindy :heart:

    Hi Everyone - 1 week back from vacation and back on track. trying to run a distance run13 miles - Mid September and I know getting the weight down will really be good for my training.
