    Rough week this week. I have a pinched nerve in my neck/shoulder and it is literally a pain in the neck/ shoulder and arm. Tried to get to a chiropractor last week but it didn't work out. Gotta get there. I will try again today.

    Aww yeah! Fabulous week for me with a few milestones. Surpassed the 50lb mark and jumped straight to 52.5lbs lost! Also finally in ONEDERLAND for the first time since high school!! I bypassed my challenge goal and set a lower goal so I will continue to push myself. I fell off the workout bandwagon for the most part a few months ago and I'm finally feeling motivated again. Started C25K last night and didn't do too bad for my first day! :) Things are going well.

    Congrats Rosiebug! That's a huge accomplishment! I hope to reach onederland by the end of the summer...I'm tall so that's my primary goal and anything past that is a bonus (currently goal is set to 175 just because that's a healthy BMI). What an awesome week for you! =)

    I have kind of stalled out a little. I don't think I will make the goal I set at the beginning of this challenge, but I will try to move a little more the remainder of the challenge and see how close I can get! I bought a Wii balance board and the Wii Fit Plus game so I could do some in the house, but even that is so exhausting for me. My first "workout" was one strength training round that took only 11 minutes, and I was tired out! I don't have this fibromyalgia stuff worked out so well. :cry: Oh, well, I will just keep trying!


    Dixedreg and Shirleybl - I agree: why does it have to be so slow sometimes?

    rosiebug - congratulations on reaching Onderland! I have a ways to go and can hardly wait!

    sallycc - sorry about your pinched nerve. I know that kind of thing really hurts and puts a cramp in doing anything!

    kristinkt and juliadav - don't worry; keep working and the old numbers will be history!

    kris1085 and Darina23 - keep working at it. Sometimes we all have a catch up week where it seems our bodies take a rest, then the next week or so we show a loss. Don't give up!

    Mrsgstone and Pam3 and Bluiz13 - keep working at it...try to think about why you started this journey in the first place to get your motivation and optimism going again.
