I have kind of stalled out a little. I don't think I will make the goal I set at the beginning of this challenge, but I will try to move a little more the remainder of the challenge and see how close I can get! I bought a Wii balance board and the Wii Fit Plus game so I could do some in the house, but even that is so exhausting for me. My first "workout" was one strength training round that took only 11 minutes, and I was tired out! I don't have this fibromyalgia stuff worked out so well. Oh, well, I will just keep trying!
Dixedreg and Shirleybl - I agree: why does it have to be so slow sometimes?
rosiebug - congratulations on reaching Onderland! I have a ways to go and can hardly wait!
sallycc - sorry about your pinched nerve. I know that kind of thing really hurts and puts a cramp in doing anything!
kristinkt and juliadav - don't worry; keep working and the old numbers will be history!
kris1085 and Darina23 - keep working at it. Sometimes we all have a catch up week where it seems our bodies take a rest, then the next week or so we show a loss. Don't give up!
Mrsgstone and Pam3 and Bluiz13 - keep working at it...try to think about why you started this journey in the first place to get your motivation and optimism going again.

happy to be down that 5.2 but i went UP it the weeks before....so i'll wait to see if anyone else posts a challenge and if they dont than i'll add one to the thread....i just want to get out of the 170s....seriously i'm over being in the 170s and then jumping into the 180s and then back into the 170s....hopefully i can play with the 160s and the 170s soon enough and i wont feel like such a complete bum lol.....great work to everyone who lost this week and kudos to those that are hanging in there to finish this challenge and then starting up the next one....have a great week, denise0

Can't believe I'm a winner! Yahoo! Here's an ab workout I've been doing on and off... I can't believe the results you get after just one workout! Each set is only 5 minutes so there's no excuse! My challenge to myself and all of you is to complete 2 sets of this ab workout 3 times this week. :happy:

Everyone - Do any of you have buns saggier/wigglier, etc than you want? What about thighs? Tne thing I'm going to incorporate for these is (since lunges really hurt my knees and squats almost as much) step ups on an 18" box (or whatever height your knees can stand). Up right foot, up left foot, down right foot, down left foot. Do that for awhile and then reverse to start with your left foot. When it gets easier, hold weights!0 -
