Just discovered the crockpot 2 months ago. Makes it easy to eat healthier.
Throw chicken breasts in with hot sauce and cook on low. Shred chicken, put on roll and serve with celery and low fat blue cheese dressing. Spicy0 -

I just made this about an hour ago:
Turkey Chili
1 red Bell Pepper
1 green Bell Pepper
1 medium Red Onion
4-6 cloves of garlic (pressed)
1lb lean ground Turkey
1 can kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 cup water
Brown the turkey, onions & garlic in a pan. Then add the mixture plus the rest of the ingredients in the crockpot for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low.
Super easy, filling and (best of all) healthy!

Nice for Sunday dinner!
Crockpot Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
• 1 (2 pound) pork tenderloin
• 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
• 1 cup water
• 3/4 cup red wine
• 3 tablespoons minced garlic
• 3 tablespoons soy sauce
• freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
1. Place pork tenderloin in a slow cooker with the contents of the soup packet. Pour water, wine, and soy sauce over the top, turning the pork to coat. Carefully spread garlic over the pork, leaving as much on top of the roast during cooking as possible. Sprinkle with pepper, cover, and cook on low setting for 4 hours. Serve with cooking liquid on the side as au jus.0 -
I have a crock pot recipe if you all are interested. i am new to the whole eating healthy thing though so I'm not sure how good it is for you, but it is delicious.
6 chicken breasts
2 cans of nacho cheese soup
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 package of onion soup mix
1 cup of milk
1 8 oz. tub of sour cream
Put the chicken in the bottom. Mix up the soups, onion soup mix, and milk. Pour mixture over the chicken and cook on low for 6ish hours. Right before you serve it mix in the sour cream. This recipe is best served over rice or any type of noodle. I have made it without the sour cream (forgot to pick some up). It was still yummy. I also like to switch it up sometimes I add diced tomatoes or use cream of chicken soup. Make it your own.0 -
They call it Crock Pot Soup, I think of it as more of a Chicken Chili
Can of Rotel
Can of Corn
Can of Black Beans (drained and rinse)
2 frozen chicken breast
8 oz cream cheese (I use the 1/3 less fat)
1 Packet Dry Ranch Dressing
1 Tablespoon Cumin
1 Teaspoon onion powder
1 Teaspoon chili powder
Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook 6-8 hours.
Shred chicken, and enjoy!!
If serving 4 ppl, it comes to approx 380 calories a serving.
This is what I'm making for tonight. It is smelling so good already--Its like torture! (in a good way)0 -
