    EASY PEASY!

    4-6 pork chops trim fat
    1-2 onions quartered
    2-3 green peppers cut large
2-3 cambells condensed tomato soup (can use light if you wish)
2-4 potatoes with skin cut up larger pieces

throw in all veggies arrange chops on top dump the soup in add cans of water suggested on the soup ( fill the cans to rinse out)stir until soup is mixed through.should have enough soup liquid to almost cover the chops as you want the meat flavor to go into the mixture. cook on high for about 2 -3 hours. the chops should be so tender they break apart. prep time about15 mins.
One serving= 3 oz chop,1 cup soup,1/2 potatoe,1 bell pepper, onions doesn't matter, the calories is aprox 474.
you may get less as it all breaks up and I just dish out a cup with everything in it YUMMMMY.Even better the next day

Love my crock pot, have gone through 2 of them already! Here's a meat free recipe I've been loving and making a lot, lately, from Fix It and Forget it Lightly:

Sweet Potato Lentil Stew (serves 6)

    This sounds so good!

They call it Crock Pot Soup, I think of it as more of a Chicken Chili

    Can of Rotel
    Can of Corn
Can of Black Beans (drained and rinse)
    2 frozen chicken breast
8 oz cream cheese (I use the 1/3 less fat)
    1 Packet Dry Ranch Dressing
    1 Tablespoon Cumin
    1 Teaspoon onion powder
    1 Teaspoon chili powder

Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook 6-8 hours.
    Shred chicken, and enjoy!!

If serving 4 ppl, it comes to approx 380 calories a serving.

This was freaking AWESOME!!! Everyone loved it and had seconds! This is definitely a keeper. Thank you, Tulander

I have read through all 14 pages on here, and stole a bunch of new recipes! I am so excited to try them... my crock pot is my best friend during the week. So, here is one of my favorites for you guys!

    Crock Pot meatloaf

1 1/2-2 lbs ground turkey (or 95% ground beef)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 larged onion, finely chopped
    2 cups italian bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    squeeze of ketchup
    1 can Manwich

Mix everything, except the Manwich in a bowl. I usually put it in the fridge over night. Shape the meat mixture like a loaf, and place in crock pot. Pour Manwich over the meatloaf, being sure that it is coated. Then, put on low for 6-8 hours. I leave it all day while I am at work, and it is PERFECT when I get home. :flowerforyou:

I LOVE cooking in the crock pot! Who doesn't love a delicious low cal meal that is so easy:) If you like spicy...here is a good one!

    Shredded Buffalo Chicken

    4-6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
    1 Bottle Franks Buffalo Sauce
1 Packet Hidden Valley Ranch Spice

Throw (frozen or thawed) chicken in crock pot and top with 3/4 to full bottle (depending on how many breasts you put in) of Franks sauce. Add packet of ranch and mix in a bit. Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Shred chicken with two forks and place back in pot for 1/2 hour to marinate in sauce. Serve on low cal bread, sandwich thins, or even on a salad. Yummy and easy!!!!
