What's your workout for today?

Since I hurt my knee last week Tuesday and it's finally getting better, I'm
Back to working out. Today will consist of 50 mins of aerobics and about 30 mins of qigong for my knee

    25 mins of starved cardio this morning which was elliptical intervals and strength training arms on my lunch. Like a bawse

    45 minute cardio (18 of that HIIT on the track, the rest will be split between the versaclimber and the rowing machine) and 60 minutes yoga class

    Lift 1: 6 sets of 5- bench press
    2: 4 sets of 15- dumbell hammer curls
    3: 5 sets of 15- military press
    4: 4 sets of 10- skull crushers
    5: 6 sets of 6, 3 different lifts, 45 pound plate, non stop- my after workout?

    Starting up slow again tomorrow since i have been out of the gym for the last 4 months -.-

    but my general routine is

    20 Minutes CrossTrainer
    30 Minutes Bicycling
    Strength training
    20 Minutes Weightloss and cooldown on the threadmill.
  • I did 58 minutes of Walk away the pounds w/ bands and boost's.

    I plan on doing the elliptical for 45 mins at anywhere from level 10 to 15 then doing 30 mins of strength training.

    18 minutes on the bike.
    35 minutes strength (arms and back)
    18 minutes on the treadmill.

    I just unlocked a new workout on Nike Training app so I'll be doing that today. It's 45 minutes of yoga, pilates and kick boxing moves apparently.

    Ellipical for 30 minutes and I'm really thinking of bowling again. I bowled for an hour yesterday and it was so much fun!

    We as a family are going to do 45 minutes of Body Vive at the Y. The kids have been going walking on the walking bridge, but I haven't gotten a whole lot of sleep... as today points out yet again. :( 4 hours would be great!!!

    I've done Insanity Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs & then JM's Burn Fat Boost Metabolism today. Nice weather makes me want to workout!
