    I just started a Wii game called My Fitness Coach, today is day 2. So far I like it. It completely makes a fitness plan around your body and needs, since I don't have the time or money to go to a gym or a personal trainer, it seems perfect. And it's gradual. I want to do 30DS, but I need to work up to it b/c I am so out of shape, this seems like it will do the trick if I stick to it.

    Crossfit - Linda: A 9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 ladder of 95 # deadlifts, 65 # bench press, and 65 # clean squats.

    90 mins of Aussie Rules Football training. Includes kicking drills, longer sprints (150-200m), short sprints (10-150m), lots of directional changes, and pure, unadulterated fun. Can't wait to get out of work.

    Went in this morning and did stiff leg deadlifts, barbell squats, leg curls, weighted glute bridges, barbell lunges, front squats, seated calf raise machine, barbell smith machine calf raises, and 10 minutes of elliptical. :)

    HIIT on the treadmill and trainer designed lifting/circuit night.

    I did 25 minutes of rowing with the resistance all the way up and then went for a long walk to clear my head.
  • 45 minutes eliptical at high resistance and weight circuit for arms and back only.
  • Sauna, Cardio, Weight Training, and a little more sauna :o) LOVE MY GYM!!!!

    This morning before work: squats, lunges, and flies with resistance bands. I do get a decent amount of walking in at my job as well, which is good cause I'm working late today followed by an appointment to get my taxes done, so I have no more time for working out today.

    lol i agree!!! I HATE burpees and can hardly do any, even when I was in relatively good shape!

    Seriously. Burpees make me wanna end my life. But they're soooo awesome!

    Can't do any cardio because I just had knee surgery (IS there any cardio I can do with a diabled knee???:huh: ) But I did get in an upper body workout in today with my focus on arms, and completed my sports physio on my knee :)

    Today was my 5K during my lunch hour today! 32 minutes is all it took for an awesome workout!

    squats, overhead press and deadlift.

    warmup: sled drags. defrancos agile 8.
    squats: lots of light sets. working sets are 270x3 285x3 300x3
    Deads: 5 sets of 10 with 205 pounds (50% of training max)
    Maybe some leg raises if I feel like it.

    Doing C25K tonight again! I used to hate and dread running until I came across this program. It's amazing!

    I already did it this morning. It was the Turbo Fire 60 class (burned 1,010 calories!), Turbo Fire Abs 10 class, then Turbo Fire Stretch 10 class.

    Course my hubby kinda screwed me when he brought home Culver's for lunch. Thanks babe! :/
