i hit my original goal that i had set, but i didnt hit my new goal. im kinds bummed about that but i know i can lose 10lbs with the next challenge!!! your such a great host! and we ALL thank you for hosting these challenges!0

happy to be down that 5.2 but i went UP it the weeks before....so i'll wait to see if anyone else posts a challenge and if they dont than i'll add one to the thread....i just want to get out of the 170s....seriously i'm over being in the 170s and then jumping into the 180s and then back into the 170s....hopefully i can play with the 160s and the 170s soon enough and i wont feel like such a complete bum lol.....great work to everyone who lost this week and kudos to those that are hanging in there to finish this challenge and then starting up the next one....have a great week, denise0

Can't believe I'm a winner! Yahoo! Here's an ab workout I've been doing on and off... I can't believe the results you get after just one workout! Each set is only 5 minutes so there's no excuse! My challenge to myself and all of you is to complete 2 sets of this ab workout 3 times this week. :happy:

sew1222 - You did fabulous hitting your original goal! It's okay that you didn't reach the next one. You reached farther TRYING instead of being complacent with what you attained. Great job!

Everyone - Do any of you have buns saggier/wigglier, etc than you want? What about thighs? Tne thing I'm going to incorporate for these is (since lunges really hurt my knees and squats almost as much) step ups on an 18" box (or whatever height your knees can stand). Up right foot, up left foot, down right foot, down left foot. Do that for awhile and then reverse to start with your left foot. When it gets easier, hold weights!0 -

im very surprised that i did hit my original goal! im so glad that you do these challenges because it lets me see how well im doing or if i need to kick myself in the butt more!!!0
