I missed weigh in last week. I was EXCITED to get on the scale this am. I am down 5lbs.:noway: That now puts me at 164 lbs.yipeee!! Now to be really good camping for the next 4 days so I don't gain anything back!!0

I got a new scale the other day and there is a 3 pound difference between the new one and the one I used to use at my parents. Now, it was very fun this morning to get on and see a 6 pound loss :laugh: but in reality, it was 3 pounds! :bigsmile: But, I am still extremely happy about that! It is my biggest loss in a week so far, and I have no clue how I did it! Oh well, I will see what the numbers say next week to see if it was real!

What is your mini goal for today? Mine is to avoid the mindless snacking I have been doing lately between the hours of 3 and 4 and then again at 8-9 at night. For some reason those time frames seem to be my down fall. Also to drink extra water today.0 -

To get the ticker you go into Tools and choose the ticker you want, set it up, copy the code it gives you, go back to my home and into settings, paste it into where you set up your signiture. Week 2 July 29 – 300.4 No loss but after camping last weekend I’m surprised I didn’t gain. Hopefully next week will show a loss.

Well, looks like I enjoyed my vacation a little too much. Dang it!! Also it's almost TOM so that probably doesn't help. I am not liking these numbers but I have to be honest and be accountable for my actions, that's what got me here in the first place, right? Any way, here it goes. I gained 8.6lbs back and have lost 2 of those just this week alone (probably water weight and the other 6.6 are actual pounds :mad: )
But I am back on track and hopefully it won't take too long to lose them again!!
Congrats to everyone that is doing so well. I am so proud of all of you!! Keep up the good work!

Good morning everyone. I'm feeling blah this morning ... where is the sunshine ... I just can't seem to wake up without a good dose of sunshine today. The radio promised me some for this afternoon and we all know the weather forcasts are never wrong. Oh well, we'll see. I'm looking forward to some kind of hike tonight ... I downloaded some fun funky get you moving music onto my ipod ... you know "Black eyed peas", "Lady Ga Ga", "Pit bull". That should get me pounding out the sweat in no time. At this rate, I won't lose 20 lbs by Christmas. I'll be lucky if I lose 5. In fact, at the beginning of this week, I had gained all the weight since I started. So I can't tell if I'm really losing weight (all 1 1/2 lbs for the month:noway: ) or I'm just looking at natural water/TOM gains and losses and I've really done nothing over the month. I guess all I can do is double my efforts. Just a little disappointed.

Hi everybody. I lost another pound. I am really excited about about that. I am having a little trouble sticking to my diet as of late. It has been challenging for me. I gave up yesterday and ate some horribly unhealthy Chinese food that was probably full of sodium and sugar. I can say one thing though, I only felt stuffed after eating about half of the chinese food. Before I could have scarfed the whole thing down before I felt full. So that is good. I am also having serious problems with fatigue. I don't think that these are due to the diet because I have had these problems for quite a while now. I am just about sick of being tired all of the time. No normal person should have to sleep for 10 hours at night and still feel tired and foggy. Sorry for the venting. I am so happy to see such great progress for so many of you.
I need to workout this week. I am having a great deal of difficulty finding the energy to workout.

I am hoping that next week after TOM and after eatting healthy and exercising for 1 full week that I will see a difference on the scale. I just bought a new scale and it shows me heavier by 1.6 pounds but I am going to use this scale because it is digital and I feel that it will show even my littlest losses.0
