Count me in! I love the Friday weigh in's I'm starting at 170.5
I am just learning about 0-cal foods and am doing a research project on them for April. I am going to try to work more of them into my diet where possible. I'm not an extreme dieter so I'm not going to eat ONLY these foods but I am intrigued and motivated to find out if they have any impact on my weightloss journey. So far I've located almost 100 foods. Any food can be prepared in an unhealthy manner but I am going to try to prepare them in a healthy flavorful way. Here's the list if any one is interested.

I'm up for it although I haven't weighed this week so my starting weight will be from last Tuesday. I will go ahead and weigh this Tues. out of curiosity and then document new weight each Friday. Taking my laptop on vacation starting April 26th and up for no weight gain and a loss while gone too.

Got my wedding dress in the mail, and to my horror, it's too tight! I have gained four pounds since we bought it in December, and the store version fit precisely then (with the sales associate there to pull everything tight...). I was able to get the corset part of the dress to close, but not the dress back -- at least I can't close it by myself.
I'm going vegan til the wedding in June. I'd love some new friends and motivators on MFP! Thank you! Marly
