    You are amazing. There are people who undergo weight loss surgery that don't get results like that in such a short time.

    Thanks everyone! It helps to have a site like MFP to keep us motivated. I too, would come and read the success stories, to keep me on track. And we can lose weight, and get healthy even without having surgery. Although I don't knock anyone who does. I am too afraid to go under a knife, so had to do it by other means. So however you do it...as long as it's safe, keep at it!

    Great job. You look great. Keep up the wonderful work. You were about where I'm starting from. Well after I gained with some med changes. Anyway I'd like to get back to 250 and continue from there of course. But at 250 I had good bp without meds and felt healthy. I was pretty active and could get around.
