can i join id like to do 60 running miles this month. ill just count my running miles.

I'm starting a weight training program this month so I'm cutting my biking down a day, but I'm still going to up it from last months goal.
I'm going to set it at 200 miles of biking, walking, elliptical and working on my walk/jog program.
Yikes... I'm nervous just writing that LOL! But Here we go!

I have never done this before, although I always have an idea and a plan of an exercize regiment and I usually follow, so for the month of April I commit to 36 miles of walk/run.0

This is a first for me. I am challenging myself to do 60 miles this month. I'm ready to roll!!0 -
Leaving the goal at 70 miles, but I'm only going to count running miles this month - last month was just about equal between running and walking, so this is going to be a big challenge, especially since we're heading to Florida to play on the beach for a week. Leave tomorrow! Gotta go, need to go run. :laugh:0

Count me in. My goal is 40 miles- combination jogging and walking outside. Do I have to keep them separate? I am doing C25K right now so should be able to accomplish that goal. Will check back tonight after my work out and report progress :drinker:0

I'm in! My goal for April is 30 miles walking. I walked 2.5 miles today with my kids on the Huckleberry Trail ;-) 27.5 miles to go!0

treadmill at least 18 miles
stationary bike 42 miles
Its to easy just to ride my bike.

well i am new at this but have been working hard at losing weight, so i am going to set a goal of 100 miles of running & walking this month!! Wish me luck!!0

no....you do not have to break them out...we only count the total miles moved per person...dont care how you get them doneCount me in. My goal is 40 miles- combination jogging and walking outside.
