So are the dates posted the dates to weigh in or to log back in? I'm interested in the challenge but I will be in maya riviera April 16-23rd... But will have my iPad with me.
Post the dates that you are going to weigh in - pick what works. It is a weekly weigh in. For the time your gone, just note that and weigh in when you get back. Sounds like a great trip - let us know what its' like!
@MiladiDi - we use luncheon plates all the time and it really does help with portion control. For snacks - can you handle raw veggies? Nice crunch but few calories and the bulk helps you feel full.0 -

NSV=reaching out for support and motivation. Know MFP works as each time I've started and stayed with the program for more than 3 weeks, I've lost weight and felt great. Just can't seem to stick with it long enough to have true results. Hoping this forum will help with my accountability and perseverance issues!0

My first NSV I posted this week, I got my LDL down to 94 from 150! I just signed up for a half marathon....getting excited!

My NSV is being able to walk the dog around the block without getting winded when I go up a hill by the house. My leg muscles feel much tighter, although I'm really hoping towards a tighter tummy soon!
