    NSV----Running in 5K's is a big victory for me...I;m addicted now and I find that while keeping myself fit and watching what I am eating helps me improve my time in every race......:tongue:

    NSV....Since gaining more energy from working out and eating better I went from drinking 2 cans of pepsi a day to under half or none at all!

    NSV for me this week is that I finally (after 12 months of not being able to wear it) got my engagement ring back on! Can't get it off now but that will be my next goal :wink:

    i'm joining this belatedly. losing 5lbs will put me dead on goal weight. This thread will help me stay on track.

    NSVs - I finally got some compliments of strangers (well, neighbours etc) for having lost weight and I fit into jeans I haven't in so long I don't even remember when the last time was!!! :)

    GW: 125 so 5 less this month would totally make me happy towards it!!

    I had a terrible end to March's 5 pound challenge, and instead of losing 5 pounds... I managed to lose only 2 throughout the month, then gained back 3 in the last few days just before final weigh-in. So now I am starting April 1 pound heavier than I started March. I checked the scale again this morning, just to be sure it wasn't an April Fool's joke!! Anyway, all the more reason to kick some serious you-know-what this month.

    PS. For those of you tracking the status of my lose 10 pounds for my 3 months free gym membership... The weigh-outs are this week and next. I need to lose those 3 pounds I gained before I dare schedule my weigh-out. Wish me luck.

    @ Belle - HAHAHA!! OMG - me too!!! I put my engagement ring back on last week! I can usually get it off, under the right conditions. :laugh: :blushing: :laugh: My next goal is to be able to wear my wedding ring with it. That will be a tough one. I was sized for that when I was 10-15 pounds lighter than I am now. Eek! It's tiny.

    Yep I'm in again. My NSV is having 16cm off my waist since New Year, and feeling much fitter in myself

    @dmgaloha, I can get mine off too with a pound of soap :laugh: I was 20-25 pounds lighter (than my current weight) when I got my engagement and wedding rings so I am surprised that it even went on! Didn't realize how much I missed it until I got it back on. I am like a newly engaged person 'admiring' my ring all day :happy:

    NSV-Had to buy all new clothes this weekend because mine were all too big, I was able to buy all size 10 bottoms and Med. tops. NEVER been able to do that in my life.

    Great challenge idea. I'm hoping to maybe push a little more than 5, since I want to reach my GW by June.

    NSV: Wore the smallest pair of jeans I've ever had as an adult all day yesterday, comfortably. See ya later, super-belted, too-big jeans!

    I did this for March and dropped 4 pounds in the month. Find this challenge very motivating and inspiring to see other's stories, struggles and achievements too!!

    NSV: Being able to do several push-ups in plank position rather than on my knees! Huge victory for me!!
