    you could probably lower it even more and cut out the oil and substitute apple sauce.

    as far as the cheesecake topping you could probably make it with 0% fat greek yogurt, vanilla whey protein powder and cottage cheese and it'll be better, more protein.

    mine were very flat... Like, half a cm thick (I measured it...) I'm not sure what I did wrong? Are UK spoon sizes different to American ones? I bought some cup-measurers and thought I had it all right.... They were still tasty, but... BUT I ate the whole lot in one because they were soooo flat.... :embarassed:
