Mayday midriff - Berry's bare belly challenge

Get your belly out for the guys and gals!

The rules are simple, on 1st May you must do a workout of your choice in a crop top or sports bra top, shirts off for the boys (though for reasons of equality you're welcome to wear a bra top too!), and post a photo of the results. It doesn't matter if you show off at the gym, cool your midsection with a run outside or just shyly hide that gorgeous tummy at home!

What you do over the next month to get a tummy worth showing off is up to you. Personally I aim to mix up my cardio with a variety of harder, faster sessions and start lifting again, while eating healthy grub at just a tiny calorific deficit to keep my soon-to-be-exposed midriff happy! I foresee many planks in my near future too!

    absolutely! I like to set an event like that. My belly is the last problem area I have, so having to post a picture of it may give me the push i need. Planks indeed.

    We aren't allowed to wear bare midriff shirts at our gym, so I'll have to take a picture at home aftewards...

    Ok, I'm in! It will be too chilly by then to run outside with a bare belly but I can take a pic inside.
    What to do - revisit my ab workout on strength day and add some planks to running days I think :)

    I'm in (although I'm more likely to be doing this at home! lol) I may work up the nerve to wear one of my tighter fitting or tank tops to the gym soon!
