Taking first bite....taking second bite....very good! Having with IHOP sugar free syrup and side of bacon. Let's see....181+70+15=266 cal breakfast (plus my coffee and cream brulee 102=367)

I just got done eating, and made these for breakfast. I didn't have cottage cheese so I used about a 1/4 cup milk. They came out perfect, great consistency and very delicious. My only drawback, we're out of sugar free syrup so I had to use regular.
Also, I measured out 1/4 cup and that was too big a pancake to me so I just made little medallions. They cooked better and tasted great.0 -
