This is now one of my favourite treats and all you need is:-

1 Egg
1 Scoop Protein Powder (Pref Chocolate)
2 Tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter (Whole Eath Crunchy)
1 Mug
1 tablespoon Skim Milk

all you do is stick all the ingredients into your favourtie Mug. Mix it up into a batter like texture and stick it in the microwave for 2 minutes!!!!!

If your fromt he UK its worth adding a little bit of Cadbury Philedelphia for the extra chocolate taste.

Cut into 3 and each serving provides :-

9.1g Fat
1.8g Sat Fat
3.7g Carbs
.7g Sugar
12.8g Protein
145 Calories

Amazing!!!!!

I use Optimum Health protein. Iv tried others from Myprotein but just prefer the taste of Optimum Health. The do a few flavours and my fave is the banana split! its also low carb!!

USN do a nice one too IGF -1. I have only tried pistaccio but that was tasty.

Just a thought - how high are you setting the temp?

Since from memory a lot of protein "baking" recipes say to use low heat to avoid denaturing the protein in the powder...

got a dumb question where can you find protein powder (what part of the grocery store can it be found)

    thanks

I microwave on full power for 2 mins but my microwave is useless!!! most will cook within a minute so dont think it will do much harm.

Check in the health food/supplements section of the store

I've never seen it in a grocery store (but I don't guess I've really looked either). I get mine at Target or GNC. Target is cheaper and it's in the same aisle with all their protein bars and diet shakes - which is usually the first aisle in the health/pharmacy section of Target.

I've added this under "recipe" section as Mug Protein Cake. 230 for serving of 3.
Didn't know how to get it to give an option to do single serving :(

Couldn't finish this for breakfast this morning, too rich - think I may need to half the recipe
