2 years after making a lifestyle change (with pics)

Two years ago I started a journey that has significantly changed my life for so many positive reasons. I do not miss the days of multiple blood pressure meds, monthly doctor visits and simply just not having any motivation. Today I’m biking 5 to 6 days a week. I’m currently registered for 2 upcoming 5k’s and a 70 mile bike ride at the end of the month. My weight has been fairly stable for the last year with fluctuations of about 5 lbs. I’m very thankful for the support from all of my great MFP friends! Thank you!!! I’m not proud of my before pic or the fact that I allowed myself to get to a not so pleasant health situation, but I do look forward to giving another positive update in a year from now!!

    This is one of the best transformations I've ever seen, congratulations. You look fantastic and you should feel so proud of what you have achieved. It's one of the hardest things to decide to change your lifestyle but so worth it.
