As posted on MSN today -The Benefits of Sex: Doing It for Your Health As if you need another reason, having sex can lessen stress, stave off colds & bring other healthy perks.

Therefore we all need to just quit thinking about it and do it!

i am a receptionist at a physiotherapy clinic so we get a lot of sporty people in of all ages. I think about sex pretty much with every guy that walks in. and we're in a busy plaza so I check out every guy that walks by. I'm the one to talk about it, ask questions about it, I'm not shy about it, it's always on my mind!! My husband turns me down more than I turn him down, that's for sure!!!

My wife thinks about sex ALL the time!

How can I get out of having sex? What can I use as an excuse to get out of sex? Something (pick a place) hurts, so I don't feel like having sex. I'm tired, so I don't feel like having sex. The child will hear, so no sex.

She has to think about it much more than I do, to be able to have all these excuses ready made. I told her once that she should just number them, that way when I ask, she can just say, "Number 3" and I'll know why I'm being turned down once again.

since i hit my dirty thirties, ive been caught in an obsessed loop of sexual thoughts, plans, fantasies, replays and wet dreams....
It doesn't slow down in the 40s, either, sweetie.... and, apparently, not in the 50s....

Nope - definitely not in the 50s...

Honestly...I probably think about it more than my husband does!

i second this, i always have sex on the brain. My boyfriend got tired of ME asking for it. :ohwell:

lol yeah i've been told that i'm worse than a dude and that he isn't a machine LOL but hey at least he doesn't have to be the guy at working moaning he's not getting any LOL but i have met some guys out there that really aren't into it all the much for whatever reason or another.. not many but a few..

i dont really think about it often.

but i heard that people think of sex just about every 7 seconds, so when i eat a hot dog, i try to finish it in 6 seconds so things dont get awkward.

I only stop thinking about sex only for a moment after having it, then the vicious cycle starts again...

That half hour after sex. The moment of clarity where you can get things done.

I never look anyone directly in the eye when eating corn dogs for this very reason.
