    A lot of power lifters and coaches have beards or other facial hair. I grew one because I thought it might help with my squat.

    I'm totally offended. I can go about 4 days between shaving before most people can even notice I haven't shaved. I have very thin and mostly blonde facial hair (just a few areas of darker hair, that once it grows long enough you can notice). I suppose I'm not a "real man" huh? How superficial....

    I do believe also that not every face would look better with beard.

    For that comment, I feel the need to requote this.. All of these men have had beards and been clean shaven and I know what I prefer ;)
    Please tell me if any of these men are unattractive because of their beards...

    I like facial hair on guys. It's very manly and attractive to me although clean shaven guys are attractive to me too.... But facial hair on men is great. Like really great.

    The beard gets me all sorts of points and I workout in a gym. I generally don't pay enough attention to the other dudes to notice what's on their face.

    I think facial hair on a guy is sexy. As long as its neat and trimmed well, I am no fan of scraggly, grizzly adams/tom hanks in cast away beard.

    I think light scruff, think 5 0'clock shadow is f*ckin sexy as all get out. But that is just me.

    (Actually I like the hat. But the girls that want to be taken out to restaurants and given diamonds will not like the hat. Consider your hat to be your magic 'Lucky Escape' card.)

    I love my full beard. I've had it for years and wouldn't shave it for anything. Plus, it makes me feel like a viking when I'm out running and need to motivate myself.

    I do not like facial hair, not even scruff. I was traumatized as a child by my dad who would grow a beard for hunting season and proceed to grab my face and rub his beard on my cheek!

    Facial hair is a must in my opinion. My husband didn't have any when I met him, but he really liked me so he grew some. He's had it for 15 years now. :love:

    My husbands in the military so I gotta go with the clean cut look! Although he didn't shave for 30 days once while on leave and it was pretty sexy also!

    I grew up with my dad always having full facial hair. I don't have a certain look I like, it depends on the guy whose wearing it, from a simple mustach to a full beard. IMO, Ia guy without some facial hair reminds me of high school teen.

    For my fellow dudes: How come all the really fit guys have NO facial hair? Is it a sweating thing or something? I'm like the only guy in the gym with facial hair.

    I literally can't remember the last time I was clean shaven. I think I did it a couple of years ago just to remind myself of what it looked like, and prior to that was probably 2007....

    From my experience, chicks dig guys with facial hair.

    Heh, clean shaven, gotta stay within regs (military). I have tried growing it out once or twice in the past, but my genetics hated me back then, and I ended up looking like someone who's razor broke mid-shave. I'll have to try it again on leave one of these days...

    My husband looks like a little boy without his facial hair (he's 30)... maybe in 5-10 years he can shave it off, but without it, he looks TOO young. It will be a blessing someday, but not just yet :wink: That being said, he looks great with his mustache and goatee!

    My brother, on the other hand, has a hard time growing facial hair, so when he lets a few days go by without shaving, he looks silly!

    Bottom line: depends on the guy!
