I'm in...so far in April...
1 April: 27 minutes - Running.
2 April: 36 minutes - Treadmill.
2 April: 46 minutes - Shape Class.
3 April: 36 minutes - Running.
3 April: 35 minutes - Shape Class.
Tomorrow, playing Golf, but won't count that even though I'll be all over the course looking for that darn ball. Using golf cart too, but then again, might walk the course and let my partner drive the cart with my clubs on the back
So far for April...3 hours!
Although, exercise hasn't been the problem with my voyage! I've been terrible at watching what I eat...but April 1st started to work on that harder and will see how I progress over the month.
