What do you miss doing for your ex

Yeah...i know. You can wish that your ex would DIAF, but is there something you miss doing for them?

For example. I miss cooking breakfast for my ex every Sunday. I'd get up early, make the kids something to eat, then cook up breakfast for us in bed. No kids were allowed in the room until we were finished eating. Then normally she could go back to sleep for a while and I would play with the kids. Weird but I miss that.

I miss the overwhelming joy I got when I kicked him out. Does that count?

You are all full of warm fuzzies today. I sort of want to hug you, which is sort of strange, since I'm not a fan of clowns, but I can't quite help it.
    Anyway...
What I miss doing for him most isn't really fit for the public forums, but it was also nice to have someone appreciate when I cleaned the bathroom so, although I didn't enjoy cleaning the bathroom, I liked how grateful he was when I did it.

I do miss deleting the emails he would send trying to get back in my life.

Mostly though, anything I might miss doing in a positive light just gets done for my fiancee, who really appreciates me.

I would have to say cooking for him, and the happy noises he made when eating something delicious...

Also surprising him with clean clothes or a clean kitchen when it was his turn.

Also the happy noises that occurred when I did other favors... ;)

Yes, those things. Cooking for my guy has always been something I enjoy doing. But I never felt like he did anything to make me happy. Eventually being happy to do things for him wasn't enough to keep me happy.

Having it be appreciated when I would buy flowers. I never buy them for myself and sometimes they're just nice to have around, even if it's only the time between the time I buy them and I gave them to her. Also post it notes left in inconspicuous places for her to find whenever so she'd know I was thinking of her.
