I'm going to give these a try. I'm using balsamic vinegar and they are soaking right now!....I like the pickle juice idea too, as I have sugar free bread and butter pickles!

I have a can of chickpeas in my cupboard and was going to look up a chickpea salad recipe.....but crunchy salty is what I crave so I am trying this tonight!
