    you give me hope that my belly can get back to what it use to look like, I have been nonstop surfing the web, reading blogs and watching videos to see how people lose their belly fat

    Well, I said I would post pics a year into it- so here it is. What my belly has gone through in the past year, 40+lbs lost and tons of muscle gained!

    I owe it all to smart eating and heavy lifting! :)

    Wow, you're an inspiration! How did you do it? I saw that you are doing heavy lifting. I'm wanting to get into weight training myself. How long exactly did it take for your skin to start tightening after you lost the weight?
