Ugghhh...
I upped my calories from 1400 to 1700 2 weeks ago. I initially lost 3lbs after upping them but now I've gained 1lb back. It's so discouraging
I wouldn't be discouraged sweetie, just think, it could be worse. Keep going, when I get discouraged I usually feel like giving up but keep in mind that giving up is what got us where we are, so don't do it!! Keep going, I know you'll succeed. Maybe challenge yourself not to get on the scale as much, maybe only once every 2 weeks? That way you're not stalking the scale and getting discouraged.0 -

I raised my calories to my BMR and just not having a good time of it. Getting major down. I gained at 1st. Then stuck at 195. Now at 193.5. So discouraged.0 -

I found a wonderful ice cream. 110 Calories a scoop and it doesn't taste like diet ice cream. It's Safeway Select's churned Neapolitan ice cream! It's got a light blue lid and it's also got 1/2 the fat of the original ice cream! SO GOOD!
