I found a wonderful ice cream. 110 Calories a scoop and it doesn't taste like diet ice cream. It's Safeway Select's churned Neapolitan ice cream! It's got a light blue lid and it's also got 1/2 the fat of the original ice cream! SO GOOD!

I've been reading all these threads about needing to eat more, so on Monday I upped my calories from 1296 (??) to 1600, It's my TDEE - 500 (deficit). So far so good, and my exercise has been pitiful this week. Now if I lose again next week I'll really think I'm on to something! Will keep you posted!0 -
