    Yay! Lost two more pounds. I believe this makes my first 10 lost since I started on mfp. I will have to make a ticker now. I also measured my waist it started out at 32.5" and now it is 30" so that is pretty exciting. I didn't measure my hips when I started, but they are 42.5 now so I will measure them a month from now and seem what happens. I also had blood work done yesterday yesterday so I should know in about a week if my have hypothyroidism, coeliacs disease, or anemia or none of the above. I am actually feeling really good today. I finally managed to get up early enough to work out. yay! Also, I am only a pound away from my first mini goa (Next week)l. Keep up the great work everyone.

    I like where your mind is at. Now you have me all excited about after Christmas sales. I can't wait to get myself some presents. I can't wait to be at the size that I want to be at.

    Suprised there is a weight loss at all this week. This week I am going to be better at putting everything down I eat and stay aware of everything I eat.

    Awesome job for those of you who are getting the scales to go in the right direction.

    I am struggling with getting the weight loss going again. I know where I am falling down and need to work on better eating and exercise on the weekends!
    I think that is the hardest for everyone. That would be a good challenge for us. Something like, just for one weekend, eat and exercise just like you would on a workday.
    Hang in there, it will get easier. :bigsmile:

    I am back to what I was at the beginning of this thing. Dang it!! Well at least I'm not higher any more. Hopefully next week I will be a little less and then a little less.

    You will get there. Just remember that you did not gain the weight in one day, you will not lose it in one day. One step at a time. Maybe do some more exercise and eat better. I know how hard that can be,it is definetly easier said than done. We are here cheering you on. You can do this. :bigsmile:

    Congrats to everyone who has lost this past week. You are all on the right path.
    To everyone who has not, don't get mad at yourself. You will get there. For some it is just easier for than others. Just remeber to journal your food and exercise. Make adjustments where needed. Another thing when it comes to exercise, if you have been doing the same thing for awhile you might want to change it up. Your body needs to get confused.

    Stepped on the scale and was so excited to have lost a pound and a half! I thought the scale might go up because I started working out this week, but so far, so good!

    I've already gotten all of my water in today.
    This is a first. I have never drank all my water, usually get about 4 and switch to diet coke.
    And it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I can do this!
