Hey sorry i'm a little late I didn't get a chance to get to a computer till now. I went to the gym this morning and took longer than expected, than I had to run errands anyways i'm checking in at 187 (7 pounds away from goal) oh well hopefully another time. I ate a little too much the last 2 days and i'm sure I went over my sodium too which is this mornings result. Anyways hope everyone has a wonderful easter!!0

Ack! Totally forgot about this morning. It is actually a horrible weigh-in and a lousy challenge for me, but congrats to everyone who lost any amount. 180.5 today for me. I gained weight during this challenge, but I am fully aware of why. Not logging mainly.
Next challenge I am kicking some booty (mine!). Happy Easter everyone!0 -

Oops! Sorry Kristen. I was thinking the last weigh in was today even though I really weighed myself yesterday. I had a busy day with Easter egg hunts with both my fam and my in-laws and then work yesterday. 174!!!!! Crossing my fingers this stupid plateau is over!0

01/30: 147.2 (Sorry it's late....one of those days...Won't happen again, I hope)
02/06: 146.6 (actually hit 145.0 this week but couldn't keep it yet...)
02/13: 148 (horrible week, nutrition and exercise-wise. Monday weigh-ins are hard! I'm usually down a pound or two by tuesday...)

Well not a huge loss, but when I did lose it was because I made a food plan, followed the plan, and did some sort of exercise. I want to do better on the next challenge! Thanks everyone-even if you did not lose, all the trying is part of the process so lets keep going!!!! )
