I wouldn't worry too much. I fluctuate so much that it's crazy and drives me crazy but in the long run when I see my chart, I still have a pretty consistent decline. I'm glad to see that you're still posting it! It's makes me feel better. The starting of this topic, I started my TOM so there you go. No weight loss for me this week. Keep going! Proud of you for posting. Keep up the good work!!

I raised my calories to my BMR and just not having a good time of it. Getting major down. I gained at 1st. Then stuck at 195. Now at 193.5. So discouraged.

I've been stuck at 147 for a couple of weeks so if I can lose a few by end of April that would be great!
Only hurdle at the moment is I've got a groin strain which has stopped me exercising - its jut calorie counting from here!!
