    Net Cal goal 1440, as I'm eating healthier foods it had been hard to reach this on most days but as long as I'm netting over 1200, I'm okay with that.

    for 1/2 pound weight loss a week.

    Daily Intake = 3000.

    & that can be tough to hit some days BUT I invariably get very close :)

    If you go to the tools tab at the top of the screen, then choose BMR it will figure it for you.

    Calories per day: depends... Rest days, I stick to BMR. Exercise about 1600 or a bit more :)

    I used to eat under my goal but I just ended up being WAAY hungry and was not losing. Now I change it practically when my BMR changes every week and it works well for me I think :)

    Since I've upped my calorie intake I've been losing much faster :)

    Actually scratch that. I am over, as of now. I have been RAVENOUS all morning. But I was 143 under yesterday so whatev.

    I eat back 1/2 to 3/4 of exercise calories. So yesterday I actually ate 1788, but my net was 13-something.

    Try to burn about 500+ calories per workout day and eat back roughly half of my exercise calories.

    My BMR is about 1340. My goal is 1320, but I'll up it to 1450 once I start losing again. I've been off the wagon, so to speak, for a few months.
