I am nearly over and it's not even brunch yet.
Actually scratch that. I am over, as of now. I have been RAVENOUS all morning. But I was 143 under yesterday so whatev.0 -
GOAL is 1420.
I eat back 1/2 to 3/4 of exercise calories. So yesterday I actually ate 1788, but my net was 13-something.0 -
