    4/3 - 6,865 Too much time in the office
    4/4 - 18,663 Any where but my desk, and a nice long walk after dinner :)

    I will continue, I have doen step counting now for the past two months and find 10,000 a doddle. At first it was a killer but your strength goes up so don;t give up on the first hurdle. I now do 15000 a day which I never would of imagined :)

    Goal: 6,000 steps a day (I work 8 hrs at a desk and then sit in school another 5) I will increase my goal if 6000 becomes too easy (here's hoping!)
