I've been stuck at 147 for a couple of weeks so if I can lose a few by end of April that would be great!
Only hurdle at the moment is I've got a groin strain which has stopped me exercising - its jut calorie counting from here!!

Hello, I realise that we're already 10 days into the month but I would still like to join this challenge! My goal for now is to lose 11lbs (around 4/5 kgs) by mid-June so if I can manage anywhere near half of that this month, I will feel amazing :happy:

Keep resisting! Or if you really need to graze, go with carrots and cucumber or nuts maybe? And try to walk even just an additional 15-30 mins a day and you WILL see results. Good luck!0 -
