Now, everyone, for this week's challenge. Remember, you can do it or you don't have to... If you don't already drink 8 cups of water a day, drink at least 4 per day. If you already do somewhere between 4 and 8, up your water consumption by at least 1 cup. AND... I challenge you to burn at least 1200 calories before our next weigh in! If you already are beyond that, do something MORE or DIFFERENT with your exercise, to push yourself!0 -

Thanks for doing all of this work, Kristen! You are such a great role model too! 9 water for me today and 700+ burn. I did not like the scale this morning. I think some was due to water retention from restaurant food on vacation, because I had to pee every 10 minutes at work today...lol Good luck to all:-)0
