    Now, everyone, for this week's challenge. Remember, you can do it or you don't have to... If you don't already drink 8 cups of water a day, drink at least 4 per day. If you already do somewhere between 4 and 8, up your water consumption by at least 1 cup. AND... I challenge you to burn at least 1200 calories before our next weigh in! If you already are beyond that, do something MORE or DIFFERENT with your exercise, to push yourself!

    Thanks for doing all of this work, Kristen! You are such a great role model too! 9 water for me today and 700+ burn. I did not like the scale this morning. I think some was due to water retention from restaurant food on vacation, because I had to pee every 10 minutes at work today...lol Good luck to all:-)
