    That's a lot of calories, but as a meal replacement after a workout, it seems to be pretty legit.

    Cannot wait to try this!! Can't stand cottage cheese myself but the hubby likes it so this might be a good way to get some extra dairy protein for us.

    I just made this (with the cottage cheese and milk halved), but instead of vanilla protein powder I used chocolate and instead of cheesecake pudding I used PB2. It is sublime. I think next time I will make the whole batch and put half in the freezer. I love chocolate and peanut butter icecream.

    How much PB2 did you use?

    Bump, sounds REALLY good. As to the protein powder I use Body by Vi and it tastes like a cake mix already.
