  • Thank you for organizing and getting us the chart and our first weekly challenge. I like this challenge a lot - achievable, but important goals! I know I can meet the water goals during the week (when I'm sitting at my desk all day). I have a harder time remembering to drink water on the weekends when I'm out and about, but this will force me to focus on it. Thanks!

    Wonderful challenges! I'm well on the way to reach the 1200 and the water shouldn't be a big deal since I'm off school this week and can actually pee when I want! :laugh:

    After a really bad Easter weekend (actually more like a bad Easter WEEK really:grumble: ), I'm ready to go back to the gym and burn at LEAST 1200 calories this week.

    I was also already planning on upping my water intake to flush out all the salt I ate this weekend from restaurants meals, brunches, etc.

    So those are perfect challenges for me this week. :smile:

    Love the water challenge. I do so well in the summer but seem to fall off when it isn't as warm out. I've got a good start on the 1200 for the week too!

    Bump!! I got the water thing down, it is ALL i ever drink! Hoping to get all my gym trips in this week, having a 3 month old makes it difficult!
