    Clothes! Every time my jeans get baggy- new, smaller replacements! And when my fat rolls go away, new tops with a sexy cut. These are for interim goals. Final goal- bring on the new dresses and cute shoes! New bathing suits. Shorts that are not knee length.

    I'm going to rock the bathing suit I bought and can't fit into yet on the beach in Cancun....sooo a bathing suit picture on the beach (drool-worthy of course). Oh and shorts....I don't wear shorts becausse I don't like my legs....but I will!!

    We are going on a cruise in the fall. If I stay on track I should be at goal by then. My reward....for the first time EVER being the smallest one out of my group of friends. Up until recently...I've always felt awkward and out of place because I've always been the only one with a weight problem.

    I have a mini reward for each mini goal!! I based it % percentage loss of body weight instead of pounds!!

    My first goal was 10% weight loss!! hit that on March 29th I treated myself to a pedicure and manicure
    My 15% Date night with Hubby
    My 20% a new bathing suit and summer clothes!!
    my 25% goal new dress for cruise I am taking in September ( Hope I make it by then)
    My 30% goal is new fall and winter clothes
    My 35% goal is a weekend away with hubby in a nice hotel!!
    My ultimate goal of 40% weight loss is shopping spree in Chicago or NYC with a complete makeover!!!

    10lbs lost -Haircut - got this a couple weeks ago! :)
    15lbs lost -pedicure
    20lbs lost -new outfit
    25lbs lost(goal weight) -shopping spree with my change jar money I've been saving up

    I'm going to lease a horse. It's always been a dream of mine to have my own. I live in the city, so that is not an option, but leasing is! Right now I feel as though it could be bordering be "animal cruelty" to ride. LOL. I will do it!

    For every ten pounds I lose, I am "giving" myself an amount of money (putting it in a savings account). When I have reached my goal, I will use the money to buy a new wardrobe!
  • Everytime I lose 10lbs I am going to treat myself to a massage ! Maybe a facial too :)

    I was going to get a hair cut at ten pounds. But I haven't done it yet. Unsure if I want to cut my hair now. I will get a new outfit at 20 pounds and a new wardrobe at 30pounds.

    BTW, I will be giving myself mini treats here and there, I haven't plan anything yet, but my first one will be a new pair of tennis shoes, because the ones I use to work out are dying..
  • When I've reached my final goal my treat will be a new tattoo that I designed a couple of yeas ago and I can't get it without reaching my goal as its a big back piece and won't look right n my plump frame ATM x

    Every 3-4 lbs, I seem to be buying myself new exercise gear.... it keeps me motivated and more efficient at working out.

    10 lbs= pedicure and massage
    20 lbs= laser hair removal device (an end to shaving and/or waxing?? YES please!)
    final goal= weekend trip with my love (location to do determined depending on time of year this occurs.)

    But in all honesty, these "treats" pale in comparison to just wanting to be healthy again and not feel embarrassed about my looks.

    Right now I am in college paying for clothing when I want it. My mom said that if I dropped a few sizes she would take me shopping and buy me a whole new wardrobe! Not to sound like one of THOSE girls but that is a huge motivating for me - hopefully I will be able to look good i clothes from stores like forever 21 and American Eagle again! No more old navy jeans for me!
  • When I stay in the 150s three days in a row (I'm a daily weigher) so I know its accurate, I'll buy new clothes that are nicer than the what I have now (you know, the same shirt from Target in 6 different colors). I need them anyway. I'll also get a nice professional outfit for a conference I'm presenting at in a few weeks (I should have reached by goal by then. I'm really close.)

    I'm doing every 10lbs. I have a lot to lose and I think 10lbs is the right increment for my "presents" (as I keep calling them) to give me a bit of added motivation. Copied from my profile:

    I want to get laser hair removal :) and I want to try to enroll in mote classes and try hiking and kayaking once I get more fit and know I can keep up!:) also I want to do a spa day with all my girlfriends! Haha lots to look foward to!:)

    i love kayaking. so fun. can't wait for better weather to go again!

    In June I'm going on the honeymoon the hubs and I never had. I'm almost at my goal weight but I want to be more tone by then. I know I'll make it (I'm so damn determined) so that will be my reward.

    For me i used to do mini goals, like every 25 lbs i would do something..But now I make it every 10 lbs because it gives me more incentive to work harder cuz it's so close. Every 10 lbs i lose I have a "cheat meal" Whether it be chinese food as my one meal, ihop breakfast a cheesesteak whatever..I am so strict on my diet throughout the whole thing I dont snack or slip up so when I do lose those 10 lbs omg its a treat lol

    thats so awesome i love that idea!!! great ideas from all of you how fun!!!! im so excited i also want to be able to look good in and not be suffocated by my bikinis! haha

    I haven't decided on what to do for goal weight but for 50 lbs lost I got a fitbit and when I reach 100 lbs lost I finally get my 64 gig iPad and I am super excited and still have 20 more to go to get it so super motivated too.

    Ok...I was just talking to the hubby about a reward for when i reach my goal and his response was " I'll buy you whatever you want!". He said we can get a new car so I just might have to take him up on that offer. I haven't thought of any mini-goal treats, but new clothes will definitely fall somewhere in there...I'm such a shopaholic! I can't wait to be able to say 'look at the cute outfit I just bought" and not be referring to something I just bought for my newborn!
  • I have to think about them but it's going to be small things like a haircut, new nailpolishes, etc.

    Every week that I lose weight I buy myself a small bunch of flowers. It helps to see them on the table every day, and keeps me on track. It was also really nice in the dark days of winter. Plus when the family see them, they know it's beena good week, and we all can 'celebrate' :)
