Seriously, it's cake day for April birthday here at work and since this is my birthday month, I had some! Not only did I have a piece, I got the corner piece with the frosting flowers. That's right, you heard me - extra sugar! LOL!

Just finished dinner: 6 oz T-bone steak, 1/4 cup sauteed onions, mushrooms and red and green bell peppers, 1 cup roasted red potatoes, and 1 cup no-salt-added green beans. Dessert was 2 blocks of a Hershey Dark Chocolate bar. I am full, and I am very happy. (best part, I was still at a 1,000 cal deficit for the day!)0

I just had the most delicious pan seared fish filet with with diced jalapeño peppers, onions, bacon, and cheese! The fish was so light and fluffy it was almost like eating an omelet.0

The last real food I ate was .... You know I don't remember, I went on a two week liquid diet before surgery and am still mostly liquids now with some cottage cheese thrown in. So I guess cottage cheese is the last thing I " ate "... That is kinda depressing, what you guys are having sounds much better...0
