    Seriously, it's cake day for April birthday here at work and since this is my birthday month, I had some! Not only did I have a piece, I got the corner piece with the frosting flowers. That's right, you heard me - extra sugar! LOL!

    That's funny! I just ate freaking French fries!!

    shake with coffee - that is what i do too :)
    I wonder how many CALs is int his shake? This shake really looks great...
    Do you have any other ideas for tasty shakes.

    Just finished dinner: 6 oz T-bone steak, 1/4 cup sauteed onions, mushrooms and red and green bell peppers, 1 cup roasted red potatoes, and 1 cup no-salt-added green beans. Dessert was 2 blocks of a Hershey Dark Chocolate bar. I am full, and I am very happy. (best part, I was still at a 1,000 cal deficit for the day!)

    Slice of whole wheat bread with a tablespoon of peanut butter and a drizzle of honey. Mmmm!

    This one is my favourite snack!!!! Cant beleive some one else does peanut butter and honey!!! SOOOO GOOD!
